Tori Amos – Winter (From “Live At Montreux 91/92″)

Written by alex on Wednesday, February 8th, 2012 in Depression.

For more info – www.eagle-rock.com These two concerts from Montreux in 1991 and 1992 catch Tori Amos right at the start of her solo career. The first from July 1991 was filmed a few months before the release of her “Little Earthquakes” album and the second from July 1992 followed a few months after. There is a fascinating progression from one year to the next as she grows in confidence and skill as a live performer, buoyed by the critical and commercial success of the album. Naturally most of the songs are taken from “Little Earthquakes” but there are also rare songs from her various EPs released across the two years which didn’t make it onto the album including her distinctive takes on Led Zeppelin’s “Whole Lotta Love” and “Thank You” and Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit”.

Letting Go Movie Trailer Sedona Method Movie

www.youtube.com No matter who we are or what we do, most of us feel we’re held back by something. We need something more to feel whole. We need more money, more power, more drama, more drugs, more food. We believe we need to consume the world in order to be. And that feeling of “I’m not enough as I am” is incredibly detrimental to our lives and this earth we share. I realized I had a lot of very difficult memories that I needed to let go of and I didn’t know how to. I have always had this pit in my stomach that something is going to go wrong and I’m going to lose it all. I was going through a difficult time in my life in terms of my marriage. I was very concerned about how my children were going to respond. I’m a Vietnam veteran. This last year, I was diagnosed with PTSD. Nothing had worked to eliminate this irritability and anger that I’ve had inside me. But what if we could actually stop the madness, live in this moment, and let go of our limitations? I found a way to survive what was a very challenging depression. I found a way to be able to accept my feelings rather than reject them. What I’d like to say to other veterans is it’s a possibility that it could help. It could help release some of the pain and anger that’s inside. What if you had a tool that could simply, quickly, easily and effectively transform your life? I’m a different person; I know I am. I’ve had the good grace of being introduced to the nature of my mind and that’s something that is priceless. It’s

Still (In Control) Kirk Franklin

You know, we all face difficult situations in our lives, but of the many “coping mechanisms” that I have tried, my faith in God is what I have found that ALWAYS gets me through. I am posting this video because it has really blessed me, and when you are blessed, you sho…uld bless others. So, that is my prayer: I pray that this will in some way bless your day, because no matter what the situation looks or feels like, God is still in control.

Beethoven – Moonlight (FULL) – Piano Sonata No. 14

Bernd Krueger The Piano Sonata No. 14 in C♯ minor “Quasi una fantasia”, op. 27, No. 2, by Ludwig van Beethoven The sonata has three movements: Adagio sostenuto. Allegretto (click to go at 6:00 min). Presto agitato (click to go at 8:05 min). Adagio sostenuto The first movement, in C♯ minor, is written in an approximate truncated sonata form. The movement opens with an octave in the left hand and a triplet figuration in the right. A melody that Hector Berlioz called a “lamentation”, mostly by the right hand, is played against an accompanying ostinato triplet rhythm, simultaneously played by the right hand. The movement is played pianissimo or “very quietly”, and the loudest it gets is mezzo forte or “moderately loud”. The adagio sostenuto has made a powerful impression on many listeners; for instance, Berlioz said of it that it “is one of those poems that human language does not know how to qualify. The work was very popular in Beethoven’s day, to the point of exasperating the composer himself, who remarked to Carl Czerny, “Surely I’ve written better things. Allegretto The second movement is a relatively conventional scherzo and trio, a moment of relative calm written in D-flat major, the enharmonic equivalent of C♯ major, the more easily-notated parallel major of C♯ minor. Franz Liszt described the second movement as “a flower between two chasms.”[citation needed] The slight majority of the movement is in piano, but a handful of sforzandos and forte-pianos helps to
