Cohsh was used by the Native Tribes to treat female problems. This is not a video on herbal medicine it’s just a survey of useful plants close to my home. In the video I say black cohosh and I even wrote the Title as Black but, This is blue Cohosh* & it is used the same way as Black Cohosh.
