I guess I’m venting about how I continue to say “ineffective” things. That I should choose my words more carefully as they always seem to be mis interpreted. I think saying “I didn’t think I would learn anything” could easily be mis understood. So why do I keep saying it? This is part of my anxiety, saying ineffective things over and over even though I know I will get a negative response. There is a saying “continuing to do the same things and expecting different results is “insanity”!! My anxiety makes me insane!
