I have had both practically my entire life. I just turned 20 and this seems like Its getting worse every day. I cant take tablet because I don’t have medical insurance. I don’t have anyone to speak to, deep breathing/meditating doesn’t work,writing my thoughts doesn’t help, exercising doesn’t help either. I’m running out of options. is there something im missing that can actually help me?
